Cycling journey through Carinthia and Savinja Valley

The cycling tour starts along the side roads of the Vransko area, passing through small villages and settlements, Žovnek Lake, all the way to Rakovlje. We turn right onto the regional road Polzela–Parižlje–Braslovče, heading toward Parižlje. We continue the route toward Šmartno ob Paki, where we then turn right toward Šoštanj via Skorno. The first longer climb awaits us here, with an elevation gain of around 730 meters, leading us to the Sleme Pass. From the pass, we proceed toward Črna na Koroškem, where we take a short break. We return via the same route, crossing the Sleme Pass again, and pass Topolšica, with a shorter climb to Florjan. The route then descends past Lepa Njiva, through Mozirje, Nazarje, and Šmartno ob Dreti, where we tackle one final climb before reaching Vransko. The tour concludes at Hotel Grof.
