Over Vrhe to Sveta planina

From Hotel Grof we start cycling towards Tabor and Loke. Just before Loke we turn left in the direction of Vrhe and Miklavž where scenic valley opens up in front of us. Asphalt is soon replaced by gravel road which takes us near Zajčeva hut. We continue cycling to Vrhe where we descend right towards Zasavje and follow the signs in the direction of Sveta planina. Once we reach the Mining lodge at Partizanski vrh we recommend climbing to the observation deck on the ridge, from where a great view across Slovenia opens up. We follow white and blue markings on the descent on forest single trail all the way to the asphalt road, where we turn left in the direction of Marija Reka. Gravel road descent brings us to St. Nicholas' Church. We follow forest road past Šmigel vineyard cottage all the way to Grajska vas. We continue cycling along the valley towards Hotel Grof.
