Cycling journey through Carinthia and Savinja Valley

The cycling tour first starts on the side roads around Vransko, past smaller villages, settlements and Lake Žovneško, all the way to Velenje and ascends towards Slemen, where the first longer climb begins. This is followed by a descent to the Carinthia side, all the way to Črna na Koroškem. After a short section along the Meža River, we start climbing again, which slowly brings us to the macadam part of the Solčava Panorama Trail, from where beautiful views of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps open up. Then we follow the descent to Solčava - if we wish, we can make an even shorter detour to the Logar Valley.

The route then takes us along the main road past Luče and Ljubno, through Gornji Grad, and through Šmartno ob Dreti. Here the last climb to Lipa begins, followed by a descent towards Vransko, where we end the route at the Grof Hotel.
