Scenic route takes us towards Zasavje Region. Our trip begins in Lower Savinja Valley where paved road takes us to Prebold where we start our ascent towards Podmeja pass with an elevation of 724 m and leads towards Zasavje Region. We continue through a mining town of Trbovlje towards Zagorje ob Savi, but turn towards Čemšeniška planina plateau just before we reach the town. Climb on a less busy road with scenic views leads us to Čemšenik with the altitude of 630 m above sea level. Final few steep vertical meters are made in the town itself. We descend towards Trojane which is famous for their delicious Trojane doughnuts. We complete our journey with the descent towards Vransko and finally Hotel Grof.
